PlumbCall started as a one-person operation in January 1997. Robert Mackay, the Founder, had initial plans to develop the plumbing maintenance market into a more serviceable platform.
Part of that plan was to make it faster and easier for our clients to get their plumbing issues serviced. To provide our clients with a trusted brand they can rely on – 24rs a day. A service that is readily available when you are.
In contrast, a plumber joining the network has the fulfilment of operating a successful Turn-Key business. At PlumbCall, our goal is to “Make Plumbing Serviceable; from both sides…!” Not just a JOB – but a business that works for you. If we get it right at the top, it filters down to provide excellent service to our clients.
