We struggled with a blocked drain for a couple days and ended up with sewerage backed up outside the house when we got home from work. Called plumbcall out of hours and Mason called for some info and came over right away. Can’t speak highly enough of him and the service we received. He got everything working again, was very knowledgable and taught us plenty about why the issue happened and what we can do next time to prevent it. Very old hot water system died. Called them, turned up in an hour or so. Gave me a quote, I accepted. They installed 50l interim system. Turned up next morning and replaced with a new one. Nice guys to deal with and knowledgeable. It had been wired incorrectly for years. Office staff pleasant to deal with as well.

I would like to thank Tim from Plumbcall and Jason from BML Electrical for the installation of a new hot water heater. I rang Tim late in the afternoon of Wednesday with a leaking hot water system. Tim said he would ring me early Thursday morning hoping to organise an electrician to install a new one (my hot water water system was installed in 2011).
