After the storm on Monday the 24th of November my garage was slightly flooded. After mopping up all the water, to my shock 2 days later the garage was flooded again, I noticed my electric hot water unit was leaking out water. I called Plumbcall to arrange an urgent call out. I was contacted within 15min he asked me to send photos. The plumber Mason talked me through what to do to shut off the water and even helped me cut off the electricity to the unit. Unfortunately I needed a new system, but Mason was awsome he came out today and replaced my old system. Excellent customer service. Plumbcall are my new go to if I ever need a plumber.
