After the storm on Monday the 24th of November my garage was slightly flooded. After mopping up all the water, to my shock 2 days later the garage was flooded again, I noticed my electric hot water unit was leaking out water. I called Plumbcall to arrange an urgent call out. I was contacted within 15min he asked me to send photos. The plumber Mason talked me through what to do to shut off the water and even helped me cut off the electricity to the unit. Unfortunately I needed a new system, but Mason was awsome he came out today and replaced my old system. Excellent customer service. Plumbcall are my new go to if I ever need a plumber. Im super happy with the service. Thank you Mason.

What a positive experience I had today. Last night during the storm I had a few issues arise and I phoned Plumbcall this morning at 0800. Mason called at 0900 and was at my house at 0930. We have 12 mth old home in Branyan. We have had a bit of trouble with plumbing in the house. The builder sent their plumber to fix things at first. The last time, the plumber found the part of a floor tile stuck and told me that he flushed it through. However, today we had the same symptoms happening! Tom from PlumbCall came, and investigated. I had a nightmare of an ensuite! It was embarrassing! Navy blue plastic sink that belonged in a museum (or the dump!) In the smallest little spot. These guys worked miracles fitting and plumbing the only decent vanity I could find. The results are nothing short of amazing. I was very pleased with the work William did repairing the leak outside my house. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job removing a large sharp rock from under my verandah that had pierced the pipe. It was a tricky job and William completed the task quickly and efficiently.
