I phone Plumbcall at 7.30am and received a phone call from Bayden within approximately 1 x hour to advise he was on his way to fix my plumbing issue. Whilst at my home he efficiently fixed the pipe blockage in a very efficient timeframe then looked at 2 x other minor issues within the 1 x hour already allotted to the minimum charge period. Plumbcall are definitely a business that cares about their customers. My very first call was taken by a efficient friendly person whom then put me in contact with 2 very obliging professional plumbers. One ( Brad) who did the organisation of the prospective job the next day, which was organised with a minimum of fuss.The plumber ( Adrian) who arrived the next day on time and he was very professional and friendly. Adrian took the time to explain what was happening and going to happen. I am very pleased with the new hot water system he installed. Adrian also did not leave any mess behind. I wish there were a lot more Tradies like this around.My sincere thanks.

Mick called me in no time. after a quick chat we had set a time and he came out fixed the problem. not only did fix it he saw that this is a problem that would happen again. so he thought of a solution told me that he would be back in a couple days as I live out of town and he had to get parts for the job. Not only did he come back when he said he would he called me up to check that the job was holding as it should and to update me on my job. Could not recommend these guys enough you want a job done right the first time you know who to call!!!

Wow! I called this morning with a problem that was not an emergency, but was an inconvenience to me. Jaiden called to discuss my issue and I added some other small jobs. This was no problem. I called PlumbCall with quite a list of repairs to be done in a house I moved into recently, including gas pipe disconnection, noisy old toilet cistern, tap replacements and redirection of downpipes to drain away from the house.
