After the storm on Monday the 24th of November my garage was slightly flooded. After mopping up all the water, to my shock 2 days later the garage was flooded again, I noticed my electric hot water unit was leaking out water. I called Plumbcall to arrange an urgent call out. I was contacted within 15min he asked me to send photos. The plumber Mason talked me through what to do to shut off the water and even helped me cut off the electricity to the unit. I was very pleased with the work William did repairing the leak outside my house. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job removing a large sharp rock from under my verandah that had pierced the pipe. It was a tricky job and William completed the task quickly and efficiently.
