All new PlumbCall franchisees are taken through an extensive training program to begin with. This will include at least six weeks of training, incorporating theory at our head office and practical, on-the-job instruction with our current techs. One of the major benefits of our system is that you do not need to be an expert at all areas of running a business to achieve success. We will teach you our system, and support you continually so that you have the best opportunity for growth. While we will teach you the basics of plumbing and maintenance work, to ensure you follow our proven business model, it will be expected that you already have some experience in the area. You may even run an existing plumbing business, and be unable to drive the operation to the level you want it to be. Through our ongoing support, training and consultation, we will help you build a thriving PlumbCall business.

Training will cover all areas of customer management, job management and team management, as well as providing an introduction to our technology systems, procedures and working environment. By working within our franchise system, you will benefit from our established operating methods and have much of the administration and paperwork taken care of for you. To ensure this system continues to function effectively, we will help you develop your own personal business plan so that you can identify and continually monitor what goals you wish to achieve. Throughout your training, and as you continue to run your business, we will assist you in developing and implementing tools and strategies to ensure you follow your structured business plan.

We will develop Key Performance Indicators with you, and continually monitor your progress so we can gauge where you are at and if any improvements can be made. Working with you, we will ensure processes are  optimised and that your business is running efficiently. If you require further training as time goes on, we will arrange some more in-depth and on-the-job support so that you feel comfortable and capable of driving the business. You will learn how your KPIs are related to your customer, job, technology and productivity management techniques. Our extensive and effective training processes will help you build up your customer service and business management skills, so that you operate your PlumbCall business well.
